To determine each team member’s Sales Effectiveness Score, we don’t just consider bottom-line results, but their daily, weekly, and monthly sales habits, customer and partner approaches, and more.
While a team member’s Sales Effectiveness Score may alter what content will appeal most to them in Mortgage Champions Online, we still encourage our clients to involve every team member in the entire Guaranteed Path for Success program.
